Bio Saffron from Taliouine

In the Sirwa mountains where the saffron is traditionally cultivated, with an annual production of more or less three tons.
The saffron is of excellent quality, dried in open-air (that’s how it differs from Spanish and Iranian saffron, which are dried over a heater), and can be kept up to 3 years (if it protected from light).
